Refund policy

At MUSHQ Organics, we are committed to providing you with the purest nature-based solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been opened or the safety seal is broken (due to hygiene and health reasons for organic products).

  • Items on sale or purchased during a promotional event.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at Info@mushqorganics.com or via WhatsApp at 03492353330 if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to our support team.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa as agreed) within 5-7 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged/wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
