1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery service all over Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience with the courier rider.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation via SMS or Email once your order has been dispatched. This will contain your tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your parcel on our courier partner's website.

5. Damages

MUSHQ Organics is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged (e.g., a broken bottle or leaked oil), please:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged packaging/product immediately.

  2. Contact us via WhatsApp at 03492353330 within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. We will send a fresh replacement at no extra cost.

6. Incorrect Address / Re-delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the second attempt.
